Christine brings over 43 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, and her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does. Known for her kindness, dedication, and easygoing nature, Christine goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels cared for and supported.
For Christine, the greatest reward is knowing she’s made a real difference in someone’s life. She believes in creating positive change and building lasting relationships—because at Coordinated Care Solutions, it’s not just about care, it’s about compassion.

Stacey is not only a proud mom of three amazing kids, but she also brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field to our team. Her journey has been deeply personal—she’s spent the past two decades caring for her medically complex son, which has given her a unique understanding of the importance of community and strong support systems.
Stacey is passionate about helping people discover their strengths and reach their goals. She believes everyone deserves the chance to live as independently and confidently as possible. With her warmth, dedication, and hands-on experience, Stacey provides the guidance and encouragement our clients need to thrive.
Meet Tisa- Our Office Manager
Tisa brings a unique blend of experience and energy to Coordinated Care Solutions. Over the past 15 years, she’s worked in diverse roles—from teaching English in Korea to corporate wellness and non-profit healthcare—always with a focus on helping people thrive.
A former Division III softball athlete at the University of St. Thomas, Tisa knows the value of teamwork and perseverance. Today, she uses those skills to keep our office running smoothly and ensure everything behind the scenes supports exceptional care for our clients.
As a proud mom of two little girls (ages 3 and 1), Tisa understands how important it is to provide the very best care for loved ones. Her passion is empowering individuals to live more independently and confidently, and she’s excited to bring that dedication to every family we serve.

Her Journey
Stacey’s journey is at the heart of our mission. Her son, Zach, was born in kidney failure and received his first transplant at just 11 months old. Years later, Stacey joined the Kidney Paired Exchange, donating her kidney to a stranger so Zach could receive a life-saving kidney from another donor at age eight. Their incredible story of hope and generosity even inspired Ellen DeGeneres, who invited them to share it on her show.
Her Commitment to Community
For the past 13 years, Stacey has been honored to attend and speak at the TendHER Heart Luncheon, an event founded by Chad Greenway and his wife Jenny. This annual gathering celebrates mothers of chronically and critically ill children, recognizing the incredible sacrifices they make in caring for their loved ones. The luncheon offers these women a chance to pause, connect, and find support among others who share similar journeys. Guests enjoy a gourmet brunch and leave with thoughtful gifts—reminders that their strength and devotion are deeply appreciated.
