Stacey is not only a proud mom of three amazing kids, but she also brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field to our team. Her journey has been deeply personal—she’s spent the past two decades caring for her medically complex son, which has given her a unique understanding of the importance of community and strong support systems.
Stacey is passionate about helping people discover their strengths and reach their goals. She believes everyone deserves the chance to live as independently and confidently as possible. With her warmth, dedication, and hands-on experience, Stacey provides the guidance and encouragement our clients need to thrive.

Meet Tisa- Our Office Manager

Tisa brings a unique blend of experience and energy to Coordinated Care Solutions. Over the past 15 years, she’s worked in diverse roles—from teaching English in Korea to corporate wellness and non-profit healthcare—always with a focus on helping people thrive.
A former Division III softball athlete at the University of St. Thomas, Tisa knows the value of teamwork and perseverance. Today, she uses those skills to keep our office running smoothly and ensure everything behind the scenes supports exceptional care for our clients.
As a proud mom of two little girls (ages 3 and 1), Tisa understands how important it is to provide the very best care for loved ones. Her passion is empowering individuals to live more independently and confidently, and she’s excited to bring that dedication to every family we serve.
